Love your matte liquid lipstick but need a little help from a friend? Outline the edges of your lips with Velvetines lip liner, then fill in with your favorite Velvetines or Plushies shade.

To fake fuller lips, extend the lip line beyond your natural shape. Fill in the entire lip area and layer with your favorite lippie.
