Shipping & Delivery
- Once an order is received, processing and shipping normally takes 1-3 business days to complete. Expedited Orders will always be processed and shipped as soon as the order is fulfilled.
- Orders are processed and shipped Monday through Friday only.
- We do not ship to PO Boxes.
- We use FedEX unless otherwise stated.
- Orders are not shipped signature required. If you would like to request this service, please make a note at checkout.
- Currently, we only ship within the United States and Canada.
- Flammable items may not be shipped to Canada and can only be shipped ground.
- We accept Visa, American Express, Discover, and MasterCard. We do not accept PayPal or Gift Cards.
- If your order is declined, you will be contacted via e-mail. Your order will be held for up to 2 days.
Returns & Replacements
- All returned items must be sent back within two weeks of the inital purchsase, must be in sellable condition, and must be packed appropriately.
- Returns must be approved by Naimie's. Please contact our online ordering customer service at (818) 655-9923 or at email@example.com in order to discuss your return.
- Naimie's does not offer any promo codes or coupons.
- If you have an in-store discount with us, you can use it online by signing up on the website with the same e-mail you used to sign up for your in-store discount.
- It may take up to three days for your discount to show up online. If this occurs, please indicate that you are a pro member in the comment section at checkout to ensure that you receive your discount.
- We carry many brands and items in store that are not listed online. If you would like to order one of these items, please indicate so in the comment section.
Out of Stock Items
- If an item is out of stock, you will be contacted via telephone and e-mail.
- If a large portion of your order is out of stock, we will wait for you to indicate that you would like to proceed with the rest order.
