Shipping & Delivery
- Once an order is received, processing and shipping normally takes one to two business days to complete.
- Orders are processed and shipped Monday through Friday only.
- Currently, we only ship within the United States.
- We accept Visa, American Express, Discover, MasterCard, and PayPal. We do not accept Gift Cards.
Returns & Replacements
- All returns must be sent back within two weeks of delivery, must be in sell-able condition, and must be packed appropriately.
- Returns must be approved by Naimie's. Please contact our online ordering customer service at (818) 655-9923 or at email@example.com in order to discuss your return.
- Naimie's does not offer any promo codes or coupons.
- If you have an in-store discount with us, please make sure it is active online before you place an order.
- We carry many brands and items in store that are not listed online. If you would like to order any of these items, please email us.
