The 12 color Creature MagiCake Palette is a combination of our classic Death and Monster colors, in our professional water activated face & body paint formula. Create spooktaculaur makeup designs fitting for any ghoulish occasion. These colors dry to a smudge-resistant matte finish and can achieve strong opacity on just the first layer. Colors can be layered with each other to create unique hues and tones.

Each shade is individually refillable and allows artists to keep a consistently fully stocked kit with the freedom to customize the color selections. The Death and Monster colors in this palette are best utilized by SFX, character, cosplay, theatrical, and face & body painting makeup artists.

TECHNIQUE:

Activate MagiCake colors by dipping a brush or sponge in water and lathering the cake until a creamy consistency is achieved.

Use a flat brush for creating strong linework. To apply wash of color, dilute colors with more LiquiSet. You can cover large surface areas of the body by stippling colors with a large Hydra Sponge. These water-activated colors will reactivate if blended over, making it possible to mix custom colors directly on the skin.

Remove colors with warm soapy water, or Hydra Cleanse. You can increase your makeup’s durability by using LiquiSet to activate the colors and setting the finished look with Final Seal setting spray.

Pair this 12-color water activated palette with our MagiCake FX Palette for an expanded range of grotesque and gory colors. When creating makeup designs with the Creature Palette, try using the FX Palette to contour, highlight, and accents to character and cosplay makeup designs. For fine lines and details, apply these colors with our Round Point Brushes (RS) and Flat Brushes (FB).
