Start with the tiniest bit and build up as needed. Work through damp or dry hair. Use fingers for a tousled look, or a comb for sleeker styles. PRO TIP Inspired by 1920s glam, Brilliantine is a brilliant pick for bobs and short haircuts that call for separation and shine. Some stylists will purposely use a fair amount of Brilliantine to give hair a sleek look. It's concentrated - a little goes a long way. For those with Fine or oily hair, less is needed.
