Creme Wheels provide professionals with unlimited character options. Reds, purples and violets are designed in their Ultimate F/X Formula. All can be layered for intesity and thinned with alcohol to create a translucent wash.
Set with Neutral Set Colorless Powder. Remove with quick cleanse. Some colors may temporarily stain.
